Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished retail leader to drive sales and customer satisfaction in a luxury boutique setting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Boutique Operations:

This is a high-pressure retail environment where the successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the store, building and managing relationships with high net worth (HNI) clients, and driving sales through strategic leadership and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure that the boutique maintains high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization to create an inviting and luxurious shopping environment.
  • Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management, to ensure adequate coverage and staffing levels to meet customer demand.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events at the store.

Requirements:

  • MBA from a leading institution and a fashion graduate from a Tier 1 Indian college
  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands or real-estate consultancy firms
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
