The role involves providing technical support to clients through phone, email, or chat. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software applications, hardware devices, and network connectivity. Accurate records of customer interactions will be maintained using CRM software.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • 2-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with a focus on international voice processes (blended) for technical support.
  • Bachelor's degree in any technical specialization (BCA/B.Tech/B.E.).
  • Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts including night shifts.
