Job Title: Growth Consultant (Lead)

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned growth expert to drive client success and spearhead impactful campaigns.

This role demands strategic thinking, with a focus on performance marketing, paid media, and SEO expertise. As a lead, you will manage multiple brand accounts, foster strong relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute results-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop end-to-end digital strategies for key client accounts, encompassing paid media, SEO, nurturing, and content marketing.

- Drive campaign planning, execution, and optimization to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure aligned, results-driven execution.

- Analyze campaign performance, prepare actionable insights, and lead client presentations.

- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in digital account management or client servicing, preferably in a digital agency or integrated marketing environment.

- Proven experience in running and managing paid performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

- Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals, keyword strategies, and technical optimization.

- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM & nurturing tools such as Hubspot, Lead Squared, etc.
