Job Title: CPQ Business Solutions Specialist

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity exists to lead the implementation of business solutions utilizing PROS and ERP-based systems. As a CPQ Business Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand defined business requirements and document functional requirements in a clear and concise manner.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Determine Business Requirements:

    • Meet with business users, management, and other cross-functional teams to understand defined business requirements in sufficient detail.

    • Document functional business requirements in a requirements document.

  • Design Business Systems:

    • Lead blueprinting sessions with external vendors and global cross-functional teams to design business systems that meet business needs.

    • Evaluate solutions to business requirements and provide guidance on best practices for system implementation.

    • Provide an estimate of the cost and clearly vet/define risks associated with system implementation.

  • Support Configurations:

    • Translate business requirements into configuration settings with help from team members and consultants.

    • Document required configurations if complex or unique.

    • Work to develop, test, and migrate configuration settings to production.

  • Develop Specifications:

    • Document required functionality for ABAP/CDS views/PROS Control & Guidance/PROS Smart CPQ.

    • Provide oversight to offshore developers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
