Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze CPQ requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
  • Work closely with solution architects and technical teams to ensure CPQ configurations align with business goals.
  • Support end-to-end CPQ implementation including requirement workshops, UAT, and deployment.
  • Define workflows for pricing, quoting, product configuration, and approvals.
  • Assist in change management and training for end users.
  • Ensure CPQ solution integrates smoothly with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Create and maintain BRD, FRD, process flows, and other project documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience
    as a Business Analyst in the CPQ domain.
  • Strong knowledge of CPQ platforms (Salesforce CPQ, Apttus/Icertis CPQ, or similar).
  • Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP integrations.
  • Strong understanding of pricing models, discounting rules, and approval workflows.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (Pune-based).
