The Role

We are seeking a talented Technical Lead to join our team of dedicated engineers and industry veterans. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with different CAD software development, leading technical teams, and delivering high-quality solutions in the AEC industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to translate clients' engineering requirements into elegant working software.
  • Participate in technical evaluations of prospects' requirements and help the team develop estimates.
  • Interact with client representatives and stakeholders, mapping business needs to technical requirements.
  • Assess problem situations, identify causes, gather information, generate solutions, and make recommendations or resolve the problem.
  • Develop within an agile environment, working closely with the Agile team.
  • Design and implement code changes.
  • Lead the development and implementation of custom solutions using CAD API to enhance functionality and efficiency in architectural design and engineering workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices for CAD API development.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to CAD software API integrations and provide timely resolutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in CAD API technology and incorporate relevant innovations into project solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing applications using CAD API and C# with excellent codecraft.
  • Open to learning and grasping new technologies.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Be proactive and willing to grab opportunities.
  • Fluent in verbal and written communication.
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams and successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and debug complex issues.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in the architectural, engineering, or construction industry is a plus.
