About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Sales Engineer to join our team at OPEN MIND Technologies AG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth in CAD/CAM solutions and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identification and acquisition of new customers to promote business growth and expand the customer portfolio.
  • Customer consulting and sales of CAD/CAM products, providing competent advice and developing customized solution concepts to meet individual customer needs.
  • Conducting product presentations to illustrate the application areas of our CAD/CAM products and creating detailed design parts to demonstrate their performance.
  • Representing OPEN MIND at trade fairs and events to establish new contacts, maintain existing relationships, and increase the visibility and success of our company.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of successful experience in selling software and/or services to customers in the manufacturing industry, with strong knowledge of CAD/CAM and a basic understanding of technical processes and manufacturing technologies.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships and communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable way.
  • Negotiation skills to recognize and establish contracts.
  • Ability to work well with other departments and teams to effectively meet customer requirements.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and self-sufficient attitude to succeed in this position.
  • Indian driving license and flexibility to travel occasionally within your region in India.
