Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to lead our team and ensure the reliability and efficiency of our operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing critical situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the Shift Team: Ensure all planned and unplanned activities are executed within the timeline with good communication.
  2. Complaint Resolution: Track and close complaints within SLA deviations.
  3. Incident Management: Manage incidents, conduct RCA, and provide recommendations on time with periodic reviews of RCA.
  4. Asset Management: Oversee Asset management, Warranty, AMC, Lifecycle, and Capacity management.
  5. PPM Tracking: Monitor 5 PPM tracking and completion with TAT, ensure 100% availability of equipment, and manage OEM relationships.
  6. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate vendor management with RAT and TAT on complaints and ensure uptime of redundant equipment.
  7. Inventory Management: Track and maintain records for all stocks as per BCP requirements.
  8. Customer Collaboration: Collaborate with CE Teams for customer-related queries and submit reports on time.
  9. Compliance: Maintain 100% Compliance with trackable periodic trackers.
  10. Physical Security: Adhere to Physical Security Processes.
  11. Risk Assessment: Prepare Risk Assessments and periodical validations and updates based on incidents and RCA.
  12. Inventory Updates: Update all inventories up-to-date with capacity vs accompany vs balance on monthly bases with customer details on Rack inventory.
  13. Reporting: Submit reports on time with agreed timelines.
  14. Audit and Compliance: Ensure 100% audit and compliance.
  15. HSE Knowledge: Possess knowledge in HSE.
