About the Role:

This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing engineering team as a Tech Lead and Product Strategist. You will be responsible for delivering product features and releases on time with the highest quality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, platform uptime, and technical debt management.
  • Support product management in defining product vision and achieving strategic objectives.
  • Participate in backlog refinement, assist product management in user story prioritization, and contribute to sprint planning.
  • Define, deploy, and improve SDLC processes in coordination with product and QA teams.
  • Evaluate and implement AI solutions within live projects.
  • Architect scalable, secure, customer-focused solutions with expertise in software engineering processes, DevOps, and Agile practices.
  • Experience with performance optimization and security frameworks, Git, Maven, Jenkins, and effective communication skills.
  • Foster a positive, solution-oriented attitude with strong people management skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in software product/platform development.
  • Proficiency in at least one of Go, Python, or Java with prior experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing or implementing AI solutions within live projects is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in using AI tools for coding, code refactoring, unit testing, automated testing, and documentation is preferred.
  • Excellent grasp of software engineering processes, DevOps, and experience with Agile and Scrum practices.
  • Familiarity with tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins, etc.
  • Effective communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude with strong people management skills.
