We are seeking an experienced graphic design specialist to join our team at RevX. This is a remote, full-time position that requires exceptional design input for our GTM team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of marketing and sales collateral, including product and service decks, print design, whitepapers, case studies, and digital ads
  • Create engaging digital assets, including website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads
  • Develop solid web design experience with a deep understanding of core design principles, composition, color theory, typography, responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization
  • Be involved in branding and visual identity for B2B organizations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic and web design, preferably in the B2B tech product/service space
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, Canva Pro, and HubSpot CMS
  • Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Motion graphics and video editing using Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Hostlavikat, and/or CapCut
  • Understanding of AI design tools including Midjourney, Google AI Studio, and Canva AI
  • Front-end skills including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery
  • Understanding of the HubSpot ecosystem

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in graphic and web design, preferably in the B2B tech product/service space. They will also need to be familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, Canva Pro, and HubSpot CMS. Additionally, they will need to have strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
