Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure its seamless implementation across all business operations.

This includes establishing and implementing quality policies, objectives, manuals, procedures, risk assessments, and other key processes that contribute to maintaining the highest standards of quality excellence.

Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing work methodologies, inspection and test plans, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the quality inspection process with or without software.

They will also coordinate with collaborative service providers to monitor their performance and lead the quality team in achieving exceptional results.

Furthermore, they will participate in interview and selection processes, manage periodic site quality audits, and implement re-work/s/c performance-based debit systems.

They will also develop and implement periodical quality surveillance processes, establish and implement lessons learned, and provide data-driven reports to top management.

Ultimately, the goal is to maintain a robust QMS that aligns with industry best practices and enables the organization to achieve its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 18 years of experience in quality functions within the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of handling senior roles with expertise in quality management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions
