As the face of Jones Lang LaSalle at our clients' sites, you will be responsible for interacting with guests and tenants, maintaining strong public relations, and taking feedback and suggestions. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer experience and communicate customer feedback to the team for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cooperate and coordinate with other departments to ensure good customer experience.
  • Taking daily rounds of the premises and reporting any lapses or observations to the relevant team.
  • Conducting timely Customer Feedback Surveys and sharing the reports with client management.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with a relevant educational background in hospitality, possessing 1-2 years of work experience OR 2-3 years of experience in Client-facing roles. Fluency in English and Hindi language is mandatory. Willingness to work in flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays is an added advantage. Basic understanding of operating computers, mobile applications, and MS Office is preferred.
