Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our accessibility engineering initiatives, ensuring digital products meet global standards. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in accessibility compliance, front-end technologies, and leadership in client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead accessibility engineering and compliance initiatives across projects.
  • Develop and implement accessibility best practices in design and development.
  • Conduct audits, assessments, and testing using accessibility tools and assistive technologies.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with international standards (WCAG, ARIA, ADA, Section 508, EN 301 549).
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to drive accessibility goals.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering technical excellence and growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership in accessibility engineering and compliance.
  • Strong experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Hands-on knowledge of accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies.
  • Skilled in handling client-facing roles and technical discussions.
  • Experience in team building, mentoring, and technical leadership.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Deque University Accessibility Training (Full Curriculum).
  • W3C Web Accessibility Certificate (via edX).
  • IAAP Certifications: CPACC, WAS, or CPWA.
