We are seeking a seasoned leader to design and implement large-scale data ecosystems, drive data modernization, and inform strategic decisions at the executive level.
Key qualifications and skills include:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Relevant academic background and knowledge will be beneficial for the role.
- At least 18 years of experience in IT with 8+ years focused on data architecture and engineering for large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep knowledge of data-driven processes in CPG/FMCG industry; prior experience with MMM platforms, CDPs, ProfitSphere, and inventory analytics preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF); certification is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence and align global teams.
- Strong expertise in data warehousing, ETL/ELT design, and advanced data modeling techniques (schema design, dimensional modeling).
- Proven SQL development capabilities (queries, stored procedures).
- Track record in architecting and deploying scalable data solutions, staying ahead of industry trends and adopting best practices in data engineering.
- Solid understanding of data governance, privacy, and security protocols.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala.
