Job Title: Dialer Real-Time Analyst (RTA)

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic contact center operations team as a Dialer Real-Time Analyst (RTA). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in workforce management, real-time monitoring, and dialer systems to ensure optimal campaign performance and agent productivity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for real-time monitoring of inbound/outbound dialing campaigns to identify areas for improvement. They will also import and manage dialer lists, start/stopping campaigns as required to meet business objectives.

Additionally, the RTA will adjust dialing pace and flag agent behavior to leadership for performance evaluation. They will also manage agent profiles, assignments, and contact list criteria to optimize campaign results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Real-time monitoring of inbound/outbound dialing campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Importing and managing dialer lists, starting/stopping campaigns as required to meet business objectives.
  • Adjusting dialing pace and flagging agent behavior to leadership for performance evaluation.
  • Managing agent profiles, assignments, and contact list criteria to optimize campaign results.
Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of collections experience in a voice contact center.
  • Hands-on experience with LiveVox or similar dialer systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
  • Flexible to work after-hours or on-call when required.
