Job Title: Senior Director of Cloud Operations

Job Description:
As a seasoned technology leader, you will oversee the Infrastructure Operations team within GP&T Enterprise Hosting Services. Your expertise in managing large-scale operations for application hosting infrastructure, data centers, remote site facilities, databases, and identity and access management services is crucial to this role. You will lead strategic Managed Service Provider teams, providing 24x7 support for various services and technologies that support the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies for hosting services
  • Lead a team of operational leaders across various infrastructure technology domains
  • Drive self-healing AI/ML operations without intervention and promote automated, self-service provisioning
  • Enable tooling and practices to proactively manage, automate, integrate, and comprehensively test various operational procedures and tasks
  • Ensure high transparency through comprehensive logging and monitoring for infrastructure operators, application owners, and project leads

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Over 18 years of experience in Tech/IT
  • Proficient in modern software engineering practices and cloud-centric infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Passionate about enhancing the customer experience
