Cloud Operations Leader

Manage and oversee the delivery of cloud and data center operations to meet business performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop operational strategies that ensure continuous availability, reliability, and scalability of cloud and data center services.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to drive innovation and growth.
  • Implement security measures to protect against risks and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide regular reporting and communication to executive leadership on operational performance and progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing large-scale cloud and data center operations.
  • Deep understanding of cloud and data center technologies and best practices, as evidenced by accredited certifications from leading providers.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on interpersonal and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Requirements:
Experience supporting DevOps teams
Managing costs and controlling expenses
Developing disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Expertise in security, compliance, and risk management for cloud and data center environments
