Job Title:
Cloud Transformation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Transformation Leader to spearhead our company's cloud strategy and implementation. This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a key player in shaping the future of our organization.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale cloud transformations, with expertise in cloud architecture, migration, and security. They will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive cloud strategy that aligns with our business objectives, while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a cloud-first strategy that drives business growth and innovation.
2. Lead cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and operate cloud-based solutions.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize cloud initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for cloud security, data governance, and privacy.
5. Provide thought leadership on cloud trends, technologies, and best practices, staying up-to-date with emerging innovations and advancements.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in leading large-scale cloud transformations, with a strong track record of success.
2. Expertise in cloud architecture, migration, and security, with a deep understanding of cloud computing models and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
3. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams towards common goals.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions.
6. Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, with a focus on automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
7. Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, with a focus on identity and access management, data encryption, and threat protection.

Nice to Have:
1. TOSCA certification (e.g., Automation Specialist Level 1/2, Test Design Specialist).
