About the Role:

This position involves leading a team of executives in driving business growth in assigned territories. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end offline lead generation, planning and executing field outreach campaigns, and ensuring high-quality outcomes within budget.

  • Lead a team of executives in driving business growth in assigned territories.
  • Create and implement strategies to promote Nxtwave programs, increase awareness among students, and attract a diverse pool of prospective students.
  • Research institutions, identify decision-makers, give presentations, close talks with management, and follow up on student demos and relationship management.
  • Hire and train a team for your assigned territory, monitor their performance, and provide insights and feedback.
  • Track daily KPIs, support employee development, drive overall team performance, and establish positive business relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer behavior, industry best practices, market demands, and derive solutions and strategies.
  • Detailed planning and managing offline outreach activities, including setting up stalls in high-footfall areas to attract and engage prospective students.

  • A business mindset to effectively communicate NxtWave's offerings to prospective institutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Patient, empathetic, and trustworthy individuals who can build strong relationships with institutions, stakeholders, and students.
