About the Role:
This position involves leading a team of executives in driving business growth in assigned territories. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end offline lead generation, planning and executing field outreach campaigns, and ensuring high-quality outcomes within budget.
- Lead a team of executives in driving business growth in assigned territories.
- Create and implement strategies to promote Nxtwave programs, increase awareness among students, and attract a diverse pool of prospective students.
- Research institutions, identify decision-makers, give presentations, close talks with management, and follow up on student demos and relationship management.
- Hire and train a team for your assigned territory, monitor their performance, and provide insights and feedback.
- Track daily KPIs, support employee development, drive overall team performance, and establish positive business relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders.
- Analyze customer behavior, industry best practices, market demands, and derive solutions and strategies.
- Detailed planning and managing offline outreach activities, including setting up stalls in high-footfall areas to attract and engage prospective students.

- Develop and implement strategies to onboard channel partners, providing training and support to drive business growth through these partnerships.

- Proven experience in leading a team of executives, preferably in EdTech.
- Systematic approach to building lead funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and achieving KPIs consistently.
- A business mindset to effectively communicate NxtWave's offerings to prospective institutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and trustworthy individuals who can build strong relationships with institutions, stakeholders, and students.
