Key Account Partnership Specialist

About this role:

We're constantly innovating and improving our digital shopping experience. Our marketplace is curated to meet guests' needs, both current and changing. The Partner Acquisition team drives the expansion of our catalog by growing the matrix of sellers on our platform. This involves working closely with various teams to ensure all partners added meet or exceed expectations.

This includes driving business fueled by data and analytics to deliver new business revenue, productivity, and profitability goals from new partners and grow overall market share. As a Key Account Partnership Specialist, your mission will be to deliver these goals by tracking new partners and applying multiple levers to drive business for our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Category Expertise: Support partners under new business using your category expertise fueled by planning, strategizing, and data analytics to deliver new business revenue and profit goals, grow market share, and guest satisfaction for your category.
  • New Partner Launch & Growth Success: Partner status and assortment tracking for partner in onboarding and beyond. Identify any challenges/delays, highlight them in right forums, and address them with cross-functional support to set the partner up for success.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely locally and globally across our digital team CFTs like partner onboarding, partner services, website experience, and enterprise item etc. to identify key levers and opportunity areas to make a partner journey successful on our platform.
  • Partner Communication & Management: Weekly/monthly/quarterly recaps on business and inventory health to partners. Propose potential solutions and actively engage in managing partner relationships.

About you:

  • Master's degree in business management or equivalent educational qualification
  • 5+ years in sales or business/category management using digital applications or e-commerce experience in merchandising operations or inventory management and developing strong business relationships with sellers/vendors
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, problem-solving, decision-making, and detail orientation
  • Ability to manage large data sets and interpret data
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with strong strategy, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maximize relationships with partners, both internal and external
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to multi-task and work within a rapidly changing environment
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel, DOMO, Tableau, and other data tools
