High-Performance Analog IC Design Engineer Wanted

Our company is seeking a seasoned analog/mixed-signal design engineer to focus on high-performance analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in high-performance analog or mixed-signal IC development in advanced CMOS processes.

  • Develop high-performance transistor-level designs, starting from initial specification through design and layout supervision, silicon evaluation, and characterization to final product introduction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design decisions and ensure timely delivery.
  • Utilize advanced CMOS processes to design high-speed, high-resolution ADC/DAC circuits, including bandgap reference, op-amps, comparators, oscillators, DLL, PLL, etc.
  • Leverage Cadence schematic capture, Virtuoso, Spectre, and/or HSPICE circuit simulation tools for design verification and optimization.
