Senior Analog Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Engineer to lead the design and development of high-performance analog solutions for mixed-signal ICs.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in detailed circuit design, simulation, verification, and validation of integrated circuits.
- They will direct and supervise layout activities to ensure optimal circuit performance.
- A strong background in SPICE/Spectre testbench creation and simulations is required.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary for customer-level technical interface and design/team leadership.
Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or PhD with 5-8 years of experience in analog/mixed signal Integrated Circuit Design.
- Technical leadership experience in mixed signal IC Design, block level specifications, simulation, modelling, optimizing layout for performance, and more.
- Expert-level transistor-level design knowledge and experience with standard analog building blocks, including Bandgap references, current references, OPAMP, LDO, charge pumps, and more.
