Role Summary:

We're seeking a skilled specialist to convert inbound leads into paid bookings for our premium experiences. As a Customer Experience Conversion Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for new leads, responding quickly and qualifying their needs to recommend the perfect experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge new leads promptly and log them in our CRM
  • Discovery: Ask essential questions to shortlist matching experiences
  • Follow-ups: Send concise summaries via WhatsApp

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
