We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Lex Solutions Manager to lead the development of conversational AI experiences using Amazon Lex V2.

Main Responsibilities:

Required Expertise:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Lex V2.
  • Custom intent and slot configuration.
  • Multi-turn conversations and context management.
  • Fallback and clarification handling.
  • Strong understanding of Lex console and API interfaces.
  • Experience integrating Lex with AWS services, including Lambda and Cognito.
