Conversational AI Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Conversational AI Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and deploy conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow.
  • Build and manage conversational interfaces, including intents, entities, and fulfillment logic.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers and other developers to define and implement new features for conversational agents.
  • Integrate conversational AI agents with various backend systems and APIs.

Core Expertise:

  • Proven experience with Conversational AI (CCAI) platforms and technologies.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Dialogflow is a must.
  • Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP), natural language understanding (NLU) and machine learning concepts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 to 12 years of professional experience in software development, with a specific focus on Conversational AI.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Node.js or Java).
  • Experience with API integration (REST/JSON).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability to debug and optimize conversational flows.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
