About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst Conversational Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our conversational AI projects.

You will be responsible for gathering customer requirements, analyzing their needs, and determining analytical requirements for virtual agents. Your expertise will help us design a human-to-virtual-agent conversation flow that is intuitive and effective.

We are looking for an individual who can apply industry best practices and promote standards for execution and delivery approach. You will guide customers on technology evaluation, technical thought leadership, and direction for Conversational AI projects.

Your exceptional communication and presentation skills will enable you to act as a liaison between stakeholders, project teams, and development teams. Additionally, you will showcase thought leadership on technology roadmaps, agile development methodologies, and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Experience in at least one of the following areas: Analytics, AI, Linguistics, Copywriting, UX Design, or Product Design.
  • Excellent communication, articulation, abstraction, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic and timeline-sensitive work environment.
  • Excellent aptitude in business analysis and awareness of quantitative analysis techniques.
  • A strong understanding of the NLP space (natural language understanding, sentiment analysis, personality insight, Generative AI etc.), conversational interfaces, and leveraging existing services and libraries (integration, configuration, training, continuous learning).

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience in AI bot platforms, such as DialogFlow/API.
  • PMP, PSM certification.
