We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Technical Specialist with a strong background in HCM and HRMS. Proficiency in Fusion Applications is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with E-Business Suite (EBS) and Cloud technologies.

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations using OIC.
  • Work on HCM and HRMS modules with strong technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to deliver seamless Fusion integrations.
  • Support EBS and Cloud implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical resolutions.
  • Ensure best practices and performance optimization in all deliverables.

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical expertise in OIC.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM and HRMS.
  • Knowledge of E-Business Suite (EBS) and Cloud applications.
  • Good understanding of Fusion Applications (nice to have).
  • Proficiency in web services, SOAP/REST, APIs, and middleware.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
