Highly Experienced Enterprise Strategy Specialist Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be an experienced enterprise strategy specialist who can drive business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining strategic solutions. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in enterprise strategy and business requirements analysis.
  • Collaborate and manage teams to perform effectively.
  • Responsible for team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
  • Provide solutions to problems for immediate and multiple teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business architecture and requirements analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience in developing business cases and project proposals.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling techniques and tools.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
  • 15 years full-time education is required.
