Job Opportunity: Lead ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions. The ideal candidate should have in-depth understanding of enterprise architecture principles and proven track record of implementing ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of Strategic Portfolio Management solutions, focusing on Application Portfolio Management or Enterprise Architecture modules.
  • Collaborate with enterprise teams to align IT portfolios with business strategies.
  • Define solution architecture, integration design, and data models within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide architectural oversight and ensure adherence to ServiceNow and industry best practices.
  • Support development teams and guide implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5-15 years of overall IT experience, with 3-5 years in ServiceNow architecture roles.
  • Proven hands-on experience in Strategic Portfolio Management suite, particularly in Application Portfolio Management or Enterprise Architecture modules.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and IT portfolio management.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting, data modeling, workflows, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist - APM, SPM, or Certified Technical Architect) are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Masters degree is a plus.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications highly desirable.
