Job Role Overview

The Organizational Management team plays a pivotal role in depicting the Organizational structure, providing and distributing Organizational information electronically, and serving as a basis for reporting audits, legal matters, and internal workflows. This is applicable to all white-collar and blue-collar associates across various entities.

  • Global Projects: The successful candidate will be actively involved in the design, transition, takeover phases, and smooth running of OM activities in Global Projects.
  • Automation Programs: They will identify, initiate, and implement automation programs to reduce capacity and enhance user experience.
  • Process Improvements & Harmonization: This individual will identify, initiate, and implement process improvements through Change Requests (CRs), Liaison Hours (LHs), and Service Management Tickets (SMT Tickets). They will also initiate and implement harmonization across entities.
  • Maintenance of Organizational Structures: The incumbent will maintain Organizational structures, Position, Person, and Communication Master data.
  • Second-level Support: They will provide second-level support on technical issues, identifying and resolving queries related to COMPAS, HR core – Rules, Policies & Processes, data creation & maintenance, etc.
  • Maintenance of Organizational Master Data: This person will maintain Organizational Master Data in the COMPAS system.
  • SAP Updations: They will perform SAP updations, including creation/delimitation of Org units, classification of Org types, Org area, cost center update, personnel area/sub-area updation, location update, account assignment, info Org unit, position maintenance, position movements, role updation, target & disciplinary manager mapping, managerial assignments, direct/indirect flag update.
  • Monthly Inputs: The successful candidate will provide monthly inputs to Org changes Stake holders Team on Org management and Chief updates.
  • SLA Adherence: They will ensure SLA adherence through timely closure of SSF tickets and interaction via Teams or email with stakeholders.
  • Create Queries: This person will create queries and generate need-based MIS & Reports from SAP & COMPAS.
  • Customer Partnership: The incumbent will effectively partner with internal and external customers, delivering high-level customer service.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

A graduate in any discipline, post-graduate/MBA in HR (optional), MSW.

Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in SAP/Success Factors.

Mandatory Skills: Experience in EC/SAP.
