We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an intern.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing various projects, handling confidential information with integrity, and providing administrative support.

This is an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in business operations and develop valuable skills in project management, communication, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with professionalism.
  • Special Tasks: Support on special initiatives and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and correspondence, showcasing strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Administrative Support: Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and day-to-day operations to ensure seamless functioning.
  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Organize calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Qualification & Experience:
  • Quantitative Undergraduate Degree: Possess a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or engineering, with a strong academic record.
  • MBA from Tier 1/2/3 College: Hold an MBA degree from a reputable institution, preferably in a tier 1, 2, or 3 college.
  • Fintech or Financial Services Experience: Although not required, prior experience in fintech or financial services is advantageous but not necessary.
