Project Manager

The ideal candidate will lead projects from conception to completion, delivering timely and quality results.

  • Estimation & Project Planning:
  1. Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets in accordance with client specifications and drawings.
  2. Develop detailed project schedules with milestones and timelines that meet the needs of all stakeholders.
Site Visits & Client Coordination:
  1. Conduct initial site visits to understand scope, constraints, and potential risks.
  2. Provide technical input during client meetings and negotiations to ensure smooth project execution.
Design & Technical Coordination:
  1. Coordinate closely with design and engineering teams for PEB drawings, anchor bolt layouts, and civil/structural designs.
  2. Validate drawings for constructability and practical execution to minimize delays and costs.
Production Planning & Procurement:
  1. Plan fabrication schedules in line with site requirements to ensure efficient production and timely delivery.
  2. Monitor production progress at the factory and ensure quality control measures are in place.
Site Execution & Monitoring:
  1. Supervise foundation, erection, roofing, cladding, and finishing works on-site to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
  2. Manage subcontractors, labor, and equipment deployment effectively to maintain a safe working environment and meet project deadlines.
Project Completion & Handover:
  1. Verify that all snag lists are addressed and rectifications completed before handover to clients.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 7–12 years in project management, preferably in the PEB/Industrial/Infrastructure sector.
  • Key Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of estimation, design review, and production planning.
  • Expertise in site execution of civil and steel/PEB projects.
  • Effective leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera (preferred), AutoCAD, and MS Office.
