We are seeking a highly organized professional to serve as a vital partner to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Coordinate contracts, documentation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend high-level meetings and implement action items in a timely manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with artists, brands, and partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist in event/project execution by staying ahead of requirements and providing solutions.
  • Contribute to research, industry updates, and project briefs.
  • Support hiring, people operations, administration, and employee engagement efforts.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, coordination, HR administration or founder's office roles from media companies.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; warm, approachable, and trustworthy with artists and partners.
  • Comfort with contracts, basic legal/financial documents, and operational processes.
  • A genuine passion for arts, events, and cultural industries.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in an unstructured environment.
