Customer Support Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Support Analyst. This position involves addressing customer issues, providing guidance on product usage, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot complex customer issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers on product usage, promoting seamless adoption and utilization.
  • Manage customer data import/export from production systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data processing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer data in production systems, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
  • Process sensitive information according to established guidelines, upholding confidentiality and discretion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop high-quality product content, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Generate comprehensive reports from multiple systems, providing actionable insights and recommendations for process improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited institution.
  • 3+ years of experience in product customer support, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with cloud-based products and AWS, with proficiency in related technologies.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking software (e.g., HubSpot, GitLab, JIRA), with ability to navigate and utilize these tools effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) for automation tasks, with potential for growth and development.
  • Understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, with ability to design and implement efficient database solutions.
