Job Title: Digital Adoption Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled and dynamic professional to drive the successful adoption of our product with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with global customers to identify target audiences' training needs, understand customer applications and processes, and derive actionable insights.

• Manage multiple projects, initiatives, and engagements concurrently.

• Help develop standards and guidelines for consistency in deliverables across projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to customers.

• Consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions using our product ecosystem.

• Review, analyze, and optimize solutions to increase digital adoption usage by end-users Required Expertise

• 2 to 6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management, or Software Development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with multinational stakeholders.

• Strong learning appetite to become an expert on our products through certification programs In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce platform, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment with an inclination to solve issues, bottlenecks, and problems with an analytical mindset Benefits
