We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to take on a leadership role and drive business growth in a rapidly expanding market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment strategies, enhancing and strengthening our employer brand in India, and ensuring the successful onboarding of new team members. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise and work experience in HR, preferably in a global company, with excellent knowledge of recruiting channels in India.

Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent in India.">
  • Enhancing and strengthening our employer brand in India through campus recruitment, social media activities, and other initiatives.">
  • Ensuring the successful onboarding of new team members, including coordinating new hire orientations and administering employee data, vacation accounts, leaves, benefit programs, and salary adjustments.">
  • Providing exceptional HR services and administration, including identifying and fulfilling all legal and administrative requirements, partnering with the India leadership team on HR-related topics, and applying corporate HR regulations and policies for India.">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Strong expertise and work experience (8-13 years) in the field of HR in a global company, ideally in the field of SaaS or digital consulting.">
  • Very good knowledge of recruiting channels in India, ideally existing network to local headhunters/recruiting agencies.">
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting together with an external service provider.">
  • Payroll experience and extensive knowledge of Indian employment laws.">
  • Excellent written and verbal Indian and English communication skills.">
  • Fluency in MS Office and HR software (ideally Workday).">
