We are seeking a seasoned Admissions and Outreach Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing strategies to attract quality students and enhance admissions. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute plans to attract top talent and drive admissions growth.
  2. Plan and organize campus tours for potential students and their parents to showcase infrastructure facilities and faculty expertise.
  3. Collaborate with the Marketing Office to plan and execute exhibitions and open houses for school students and their parents.
  4. Lead student admissions from various parts of the country.
  5. Visit school campuses and polytechnic colleges to provide information about academic programs.
  6. Assist in creating promotional materials such as brochures, pamphlets, banners, merchandise, and hoardings.
  7. Supervise staff working in the Admissions Office and motivate them to perform at their best.
  8. Ensure excellent hospitality is extended to parents and students during the admission process.
  9. Schedule counseling sessions and complete the admission process smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree with additional professional qualifications
  • At least 12-15 years of relevant experience in admission and outreach
  • Previous work experience in education institutes
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
