We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and usability of our sales tools by resolving support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in IT and Salesforce, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve support tickets related to Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Callidus CPQ, Clari, People.ai, ClosePlan, and Callidus Commissions.
- Manage a high-volume queue of support requests, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Triage Level 2 tickets to the right stakeholders with required information.
- Assist in scheduled maintenance of systems via data migrations.
- Maintain SLA targets.
- Manage access and visibility related issues.
- At least 5+ years of professional experience in an IT/Salesforce Helpdesk role or Salesforce certified.
- Salesforce Administrator experience is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of navigating Salesforce landscape and terminology with focus on data security and territory management.
- Experience with sales processes and experience in a sales environment is a plus.
- Hands-on experience providing system and tools support to users.
- Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Quick learner and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Aggressive problem solver.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
