Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist

Seeking a seasoned Salesforce Test Engineer to lead quality assurance and testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development and extensive experience with the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute manual and automated tests for Salesforce applications using industry-leading tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with Agile teams to ensure high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain test scripts leveraging Selenium or Tosca, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work seamlessly with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket to streamline testing processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of QA/testing experience, with at least 4+ years dedicated to Salesforce testing.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Classic and Lightning.
- Working knowledge of Jira, TestRail, ALM, or similar test management tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
