Senior Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional to join our organization. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, executing diverse accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with pertinent regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records.
- Prepare and process basic financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Provide assistance in preparing financial summaries and reports as needed.
- Monitor and track expenses, budgets, and cash flow.
- Assist senior accountants in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Support during audits and financial reviews by gathering requested documents.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of minimum experience in bookkeeping, and related internships is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and the MS Office Suite; basic Excel skills are sufficient.
- Basic accounting principles and practices; willingness to learn and grow in the field.
- High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions effectively.
