Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our team as a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist.
  • This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced server administrator to take on a challenging role that requires strong technical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments with focus on optimal performance and availability.
  • Configure and manage services in Microsoft Azure (VMs, Azure AD, Networking, Storage) to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Maintain server patching, performance tuning, and routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and minimize service disruptions.
  • Design and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies using Azure Backup or other tools to ensure business continuity.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, change management, and asset tracking processes to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with security and network teams to maintain compliance and security standards, ensuring the integrity of our systems and data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, such as Information Technology or Cybersecurity.
  • At least 5 years of experience in server administration and infrastructure support, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including VMs, Azure AD, Networking, and Storage.
