Job Opportunity

As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for transforming functional requirements into actionable designs and implementations to customize our ERP system. You will provide expert support for user queries and issues across all ERP modules, manage daily application performance, and develop and test customizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertise with programming languages such as RPG, CL, ILE, SQLRPGLE, SQL/400, Query/400, DB2/400, and other AS/400 utilities is required.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent knowledge of Control Language & OS/400 commands.
  • You must be fluent in English and possess strong communication skills, including technical writing and customer interaction.
  • A plus would be experience with implementation, IDF framework, COM, inventory management, purchasing, production monitoring, and control, master scheduling, MRP, ecommerce, supply chain, and manufacturing execution.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of technical experience with good knowledge of Synon code development tool is mandatory.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior developers and analysts on best practices and development fundamentals is also a key responsibility.
  • Flexible working hours are encouraged, and strong time management skills are necessary.

Should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
