Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fund Manager to join our team as a 40% Equity Partner in a specialized Arbitrage-focused Exempt Fund. As a key member of our team, you will contribute ₹1.2 Crores capital and play a crucial role in shaping the fund's strategy and compliance alignment.

About the Role

  • Lead fund management strategy & compliance alignment
  • Oversight of portfolio execution, risk controls, and auditor reporting
  • Shape the fund's long-term growth roadmap

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A background in Fund Management, Quantitative Finance, or Hedge Fund Operations
  • A strong understanding of arbitrage, risk-neutral trading strategies, and fund structures
  • Proven ability to manage regulatory, legal, and reporting frameworks
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with ability to invest personal capital and grow equity value
