Fundraising & Partnerships Director

Key to our organization's success is securing funding and building strategic partnerships. To achieve this, we're seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in fundraising and partnerships.

We're looking for someone who can develop and execute a comprehensive strategy aligned with our growth goals, build relationships with key stakeholders, and cultivate a robust pipeline of donors and partnerships.   • Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement a fundraising strategy that aligns with our organizational goals.
  • Partnership Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR leaders, philanthropists, and impact investors.
  • Donor Management: Cultivate a robust pipeline of donors and partnerships to secure funding commitments.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team and establish systems for donor CRM, grant compliance, and proposal management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 12-15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit or social impact space.
  • Proven track record of securing multi-crore funding commitments from CSR heads, foundations, or HNIs.
  • Strong grasp of India's social impact ecosystem and ability to translate complexity into clarity.
  • Highly autonomous and accountable, with a builder's mindset.
