Senior Curriculum Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Curriculum Manager to lead the development of high-quality curriculum, assessments, and lesson plans.

This role offers the opportunity to create innovative, research-driven learning products that meet the needs of schools nationwide.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive curriculum and instructional content that is engaging, rigorous, and error-free.
  • Conduct in-depth academic research to inform design, structure, and delivery of learning materials.
  • Create high-quality storyboards for classroom resources, ensuring seamless integration of print and digital components.
  • Review and refine content produced by the team to maintain academic quality and pedagogical integrity.
  • Collaborate with design and tech teams to bring a digital-first approach to all content solutions.
  • Drive timely execution of curriculum projects through structured planning, team coordination, and progress tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Graduation /Master's degree from a premier institute with degree in English.
  • 6–7 years of experience in researching and developing curriculum and lesson plans for a specific subject, along with managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience in teaching the content or closely supporting teachers to ensure its effective delivery.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end education projects with precision, timeliness, and cross-functional coordination.
