Job Opportunity: Content Quality Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end review of animated educational video collections across various disciplines. This includes reviewing animated concept videos for academic accuracy, conceptual clarity, animation-script alignment, and pedagogical value.

  • Review animated educational concept videos to ensure they meet scientific/academic quality, accessibility, and instructional coherence standards.
  • Collaborate with content and production teams to resolve feedback and maintain quality through iterations.

Requirements:

  1. A Master's or Ph.D in STEM, business, or education.
  2. 3–6 years of experience in academic content QC or educational video production.
  3. Proven ability to manage multiple short-term projects in parallel using tracking tools.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to spot both content errors and production glitches.
  5. Excellent communication skills—must be able to give constructive feedback clearly.
  6. Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
  7. Familiarity with 2D animation formats and ability to give feedback on visual storytelling and pacing.
  8. Experience working with cross-functional creative teams, managing timelines and content revisions.
