Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance. Your responsibilities will include providing timely and effective solutions to complex problems, analyzing and investigating reported issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve product issues.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and ensure that their technical concerns are addressed in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Provide technical support via phone and web-based systems.
  • Analyze and investigate reported problems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and development teams to address and resolve product issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in computer networking and security, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A good understanding of data networking protocols.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in OSI layer protocols.
  • Hands-on experience in IPsec, SSL, SD-WAN, authentication, WAF, VoIP, hardware redundancy, and dynamic routing protocols.
  • Working knowledge of Linux OS, virtualization technologies, and cloud computing.
  • Exemplary communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and responding well to questions in positive and negative situations.
  • 6+ years of experience in computer networking or security industries.
