Job Title: Network Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Network Solutions Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in deploying, integrating, and troubleshooting Cisco Mobility solutions. A fundamental understanding of Cisco Mobility technologies is required, including:

  • Cisco Gateways (PGW, SGW, MGW, SAEGW)
  • Mobility Core Network Architecture (4G/5G)
  • Call flows and protocols (GTP, Diameter, etc.)

Familiarity with cloud-native deployments for mobility solutions and virtualization is also essential:

  • Experience or understanding of Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployments for mobility solutions
  • Understanding of NFV (Network Functions Virtualization) and CNFs (Cloud-Native Functions) for service provider networks
  • Familiarity with deploying Cisco Mobility solutions on private/public cloud environments
  • BASIC scripting or automation skills (e.g., Ansible, Python) for managing cloud-based mobility workloads

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of Cisco Mobility solutions
  • MOP creation & review
  • Creation and delivery of customer collateral, portals, documentation, and knowledge transfer
  • Alignment of technical deliverables to customer business outcomes
  • Driving customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services
  • Compliance with company policies and processes and utilization of relevant tools to effectively execute the role and support Professional Services' strategies and goals
