Financial Operations Leader

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of accounts payable and B2C revenue, including vendor payments, collections, and reconciliation activities. Ensure accurate cash to revenue and expense/payable reconciliations on a monthly basis.
  • Owning the complete end-to-end AR/O2C Process.
  • Build strong customer relationships, addressing billing or payment concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes and issues.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of accounts receivable clerks or specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
">Analysis & Reporting">
  • Implement effective credit and collections policies to ensure timely payment from customers.
  • Monitor cash flow by analyzing accounts receivable aging reports, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize cash collections.
  • Identify revenue leakage and implement processes to bridge gaps.
">Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)">
  • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, metrics, and KPIs for management and financial reporting purposes.
  • Publish various dashboards for management, including aging reports, provisioning, revenue growth, cash flows, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal control policies related to Accounts Receivable and credit management.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B setup as CA.
  • Big 4 experience preferred.
  • IFRS/Ind-AS experience must.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mentality.
