Senior Finance Leader

Job Title:
A senior-level finance professional with expertise in financial planning & analysis is sought after to drive business growth through actionable insights and data-driven decision making.
- Lead FP&A Team: Ensure timely delivery of analytics packs with comprehensive financial reports.
- Own Service Delivery: Meet defined service level agreements (SLAs) with business divisions.
- Drive Business Outcomes: Simplify, automate, and optimize planning and analysis tasks to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with Divisional Finance Teams: Develop a deep understanding of business dynamics and their financial impact.
- Lead Annual Planning Process: Collaborate with multiple key stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
- Coordinate Close and Forecast Activities: System load, result analysis, and prepare content for senior leadership reviews.
- Develop Sustainable Content: Monthly business reviews (MBRs) and deliver deep-dive financial analytics for informed decision-making.
- Enhance Reporting Capabilities: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve critical reporting.
Requirements:
- CA qualification with 12+ years of post-CA Finance experience.
- Relevant FP&A expertise, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive independently and in a team environment.
